Features: This is a design/build adaptive reuse job including master planning for a multi-phased renovation of a 30,000 square foot vacant commercial building. The first phase will include retrofitting of existing site work and the build out of 16,000 square feet of gathering, worship, education and multi-purpose space including a first phase facade upgrade.
