Step 1: Scope – Early identification of the customer’s needs, budget, and timeline, as well as overall
project size and feasibility.
Step 2: Design Financial Feasibility – Development of preliminary designs, site plans, and construction
costs to provide the customer with REAL information for decision-making.
Step 3: Construction Documents – Development of detailed specifications for construction materials, applications, engineering, and their associated costs.
Step 4: Construction – Finalization of the schedule, securing the building permits, and erecting the
structure. This step also includes continuous management oversight to look for opportunities to
“fast-track” selected processes and reduce costs.
Step 5: Occupancy – Final coordination with the customer to develop and respond to a comprehensive
punch list, to review all warranty information, and to ensure all systems are functional and satisfactory.
